Account deletion
Delete your account and your data
You can ask us to close your Lemon account at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what gets erased, and the few things that stay.
How to request deletion
-
Delete it yourself in the app
Open Lemon, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account closes immediately and erasure begins the same day.
-
Or email us
Write to us from the email address on your Lemon account with the subject line “Delete my account.” If you can't sign in, tell us the email or phone number you signed up with so we can find you.
Email [email protected] We reply within 5 working days. -
Confirm it's you
We'll send one verification email before anything is erased. This is the only step where we can still stop the process — after you confirm, deletion can't be undone.
What is deleted, what is kept
| Data | Outcome | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Your account and profile, all of your historic health data, and your conversations with Lemon | Deleted | Within 30 days |
| Public challenges you created, and reactions or comments you left on other people's activity | May be kept | So that other members' feeds stay intact |
| Billing and tax records for subscriptions you paid for | Kept | As long as the law requires |
| Aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you | Kept | Anonymous, not linked to you |
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first, or billing continues. Store purchase records are held by Google and Apple under their own policies, not ours.
